Delivery
Our Standard Boxed Delivery for bikes (excluding Riese & Muller bikes):
- ✔ £30 to UK mainland locations for online orders only (excluding Highlands and Islands where there is an additional surcharge payable).
- ✔ Sent by Fedex with tracking information provided.
Riese & Muller Delivery:
- ✔ Delivered to your home in person.
- ✔ Fully assembled and ready to ride - built by our technicians.
- ✔ Delivered by trained staff who will make adjustments and explain operating features.
- ✔ Proof of Identification required prior to delivery.
- ✔ Only delivered to the registered cardholder address.

Returns Policy
We accept returns of items bought via our online store up to 28 days from the date of delivery.
Key Points:
- ✔ Bikes must be returned complete including the charger, accessories, and manuals in their original delivery box (if applicable).
- ✔ No more than 5 'test' miles completed on bikes.
- ✔ Items must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition.
- ✔ Customers are responsible for any charges for returning a bike or item to us.
- ✔ Refunds will normally be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

Warranty Info
Useful information about warranty cover and claims.
Bike Manufacturer's warranties generally cover defects in materials and workmanship for frames and specific components, but they do not typically cover labour cost for repairs and shipping costs incurred in returning the bike.
Warranty Coverage:
- ✔ Frames and Batteries: 3 - 5 Years (varies by brand).
- ✔ Proof of Servicing required.
Exclusions:
- ✔ Normal wear and tear.
- ✔ Accident damage.
- ✔ Damage caused by misuse.
